Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Klubly on behalf of a club or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Club administrators are responsible for the data they enter about members, fees and accounts, and for obtaining any consent required to enter another person's details (including minors).
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Every new club receives a 1-month free trial with all features unlocked and no payment instrument required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription:

• ₹75 per month, or
• ₹699 per year (effectively two months free).

Both plans include all features and unlimited members. Fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing may change with prior notice; changes will not affect a billing period already paid for. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or that you have no right to share.
• Attempt to access data of other clubs, breach security, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell or sub-license the Service except as expressly permitted.

Klubly, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding data you enter), is the property of Sajan Thesis Works and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data your club enters; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sajan Thesis Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

You may cancel your subscription at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
