Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new club gets a full 1-month free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card is required to start.
Does Klubly work for gyms too?
Absolutely. Pick "Gym" at signup and the karate-only features (belt ladder, grading, tournaments) hide automatically, leaving membership plans, attendance, fees, accounting and payroll.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Klubly is multi-tenant with row-level security on every table, so each club can only ever see its own data. Clubs are fully isolated from one another.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — a member and admin app for Android and iOS (built with Expo). Admins can run the club on the go and members get their own login with push notifications.
Can members see and pay their fees?
Members log in to view fees, receipts, attendance, their belt and upcoming events. They can self-join tournaments and see exactly what they owe.
How does belt grading work?
You define the belt ladder and conduct grading tests in the app. Passing a test records the grade and automatically promotes the student to their next belt.
Can I message my members?
Yes. Chat one-to-one with families or broadcast to all active members, with photo and voice-note attachments and instant push notifications.
What does Klubly cost?
After the free month it is ₹75/month or ₹699/year (two months free). All features and unlimited members are included on both plans.
